It's easy to master, and a blast to use! The Indo Boards can be used in any area with 6 feet of open surface (though places with carpet are recommended for obvious reasons) Many enthusiasts learn it quick after just 5-15 minutes. It also comes in different sizes to handle different skill levels! 
The Story Behind the Creation
The Indo Balance Board was invented by a surfer, Hunter Joslin, and dates back as far as 1975 when he made the first prototype. The original purpose was to help train surfers out of the water, but over the years, Joslin found out that using the board also helped increase core fitness and leg strength. His boards had a huge following, and in 1998, Joslin started to market the Indo Board Commercially. Now surfing enthusiasts and beginners alike can enjoy proper core fitness and the fun of surfing without having to be near an ocean! 
Not Just Limited to Boarders!
The Indo Board is primarily for surfers, snowboarders, skiers, and wake boarders for balance training. However, several other sports enthusiasts can benefit from the exercise this board has to offer!
