I used this in my chiropractor's office after a car wreck for 6 weeks, and it does amazing things to strengthen your core. It re-activated muscles that I thought were long-gone and really tightened up my abs. It really made me more aware of my posture, and all without having to get on the floor and do crunches. Now that I'm done with therapy, I'm buying one to use at home to keep my abs toned and continue working on my posture.

Good Quality, Very challenging, March 1, 2010

This is the first time we have tried a balance board and it is way more difficult than we thought. We have two teenage boys that manage to balance for maybe 20-30 seconds. They enjoy the challenge and compete against each other. It would be nice to know what the average person can work up to. More comments would be useful!
